Yes, there is a hairdryer in every lodge. You will find this in the master bedroom.

Yes, we have washing machine in our lodges except for the Byron lodges.

Our Parks are self-catering with towels and bed linen provided. We do provide a Welcome Pack, subject to availability, with some basic provisions but you are encouraged to bring your own food and supplies as you require.

we only supply 1 towel and hand towel per person, but additional towels are available to purchase from guest services who can be contacted on 01382 585000 or by emailing piperdamguestservices@awayresorts.co.uk

Yes, there is an iron and ironing board provided in the lodges.

Booking is required. You can book on arrival or phone in advance to do this on 01382 585212.

We have an onsite shop for all those last-minute amenities. The local villages of Muirhead & Birkhill also have a couple of shops which will have all main necessities. If you need a bigger shop there is a Tesco Extra and Asda details of which are included in the welcome pack.

Most of the main supermarkets (Tesco & Asda) deliver shopping straight to your lodge. Please ensure the delivery time slot is after 4pm when your lodge is ready.

There is Wi-Fi within the main resort and Lochside Lodges. This is free of charge. All other lodges currently do not have Wi-Fi.

BBQ’s are not permitted on site within any lodges.

If your child is lost, please notify Reception immediately.

At Piperdam, we are a family-friendly holiday park committed to providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests. Our Guest & Lodge Noise Management Plan ensures that noise is kept to a minimum, particularly during our designated quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. During this time, guests are asked to be especially considerate of others, with no use of hot tubs permitted and noise kept to a minimum. Our dedicated Park Safety team carries out regular patrols to ensure these standards are upheld, helping everyone enjoy their stay in comfort and harmony. We believe in creating a respectful, welcoming atmosphere where unforgettable holiday memories can be made.

Hot Tub Temp – Our HT operate between 34 degrees and 38 degrees. They will heat around 1 degree an hour. The heater and jets do not work in conjunction with each other which is why we advise you limit your bathing time to 15 minutes, allowing the HT to heat between bathing. Please do not drink alcohol or have glass near or around the hot tub. Due to cleaning schedules your hot tub may not get to its optimum temp on the first night, although we will always endeavour to.

A number of our accommodation run on biomass which operate the heating and hot water. If you have any issues with your heating or hot water please raise this with the park teams and avoid trying to tamper/turn on gas boilers as our team are trained to isolate one system and move over to another seamlessly.
